Currently when there are siblings at the centre, bulk comms only pulls the 1 child if the email is the same on the contact for both. This means that the centre cannot email through Discover for child specific cases. This also means that the [childname] feature etc is not usable. Centres should be able to select who they want to send emails to and have it be specific to the relevant child they are emailing about.
If there are restraints or special fields that need to be selected to enable certain children to show, an information bubble should be present so that centre admins can complete tasks with the knowledge on how to use the features as intended.
Having to go through multiple steps to send an email or understand a feature is not making life simple for them.
