Discover customers in training have expressed how valuable casual booking requests would be for home sers, granted that Discover admin users would be notified of these requests in order to action them and add them to the attendances for the day.

Parent booking management for OSCAR & Holiday programs

Parents being able to make casual bookings through home app for school holiday programs and OSCAR centres as these don't always tend to be set times and days for parents/children and it creates a lot of extra admin work for staff to manage them manually.

Needs the option for parents to select multiple booking options based on the centres sessions and fees, as an example:

morning session
afternoon session
Casual rate
Regular rate
Cancel session

HOME App: Parents to manage bookings for OSCAR centres

Parents can manage bookings for their children within HOME APP - i.e., add a casual booking. Centre able to set permissions on cancelling within a certain timeframe etc.
