Recently, I explored another software program that appears to offer a much more efficient and user-friendly daily care report feature. In Playground, while we can use the bulk food log option, recording individualised details, such as how much each child eats—requires navigating through multiple screens. In contrast, the other software displays quantity fields directly beside each child's name in a list format, significantly reducing the time and clicks needed to input information. If you are able to change to something similar it will really save teachers a lot of time, because currently teachers are having to spend a lot of time just filling in the daily report.
