Hi team, we are losing a lot of business as competitors offer a dedicated section for teacher appraisals and planning (plus making it private). Educa and Storypark both offer this and it's a major drawback with PG

This would be a good idea. There needs to ba feature or an integration with a software that can provide user friendly PGC platform also appraisals for measuring KPI's where data from Discover such as ratios, rosters, occupancy can be drawn through to the managers KPI's
