Currently, importing data from a competitor software into Discover takes a minimum of 5.5 hours for a single ONB data specialist. This process involves manipulating data exported from the competitor software into an Excel worksheet, then manually entering it into the appropriate fields in Discover, followed by uploading the workbook. This approach is slow, labor-intensive, and prone to human error.

The lack of automation hampers our ability to efficiently onboard large groups or enterprise clients, and we cannot ensure the integrity of the data.

Danielle's proposed changes offer a significant improvement in this area. These enhancements have been developed in collaboration with Kristy and Gilda, who have extensive expertise in the data import process.
