3 month statement in bulk action

With the new family tax credits, parents are going to be needing a statement with 3 months of activity on it. This would save a lot of time if we can do through a bulk action. As doing it individually per child will take up alot of admin time. with it as a bulk action we can get this out to parents with no hassle at all

I understand that parents will need to provide individual invoices to claim the new family tax credits rather than a statement of account. This will need some change in Discover as currently most of our parents prefer a running statement rather than individual invoices.

Hi all, we are in discussions with the FamilyBoost team and will be working with them on ensuring that Discover administrators are supported and have what they need (or more likely, the families have what they need) in order to apply for these credits.

Agreed, once it is clear what MSD/IRD require, it will need to be able to be created through a bulk action, to support families with their claiming.

Is it not up to the parents to save their invoices that they receive? As long as the centre invoices are sent, then that is the end of what is required from us as a centre.

Agreed - we need assistance with whatever the new process is from MSD, what will be accepted to send to families from IRD perspective and an easy way for Discover to generate this information so providers are not spending hours on this.

Can you please check what is acceptable by MSD, prior to development. In their communications they are talking about invoices rather than statements. Discover statements vs invoices show different information, and whilst this functionality would be extremely useful to our whānau if we can please make sure we have the required information.
