Admins can add a $ amount to either an individual bill payers profile or the Centre Settings which would trigger an alert on the dashboard when an account balance is nearing that amount owing.

For example, admin can enter $200 - when an account is close to owing $200 ($195), an alert pops up the dashboard for the admin to monitor.

This will save time and avoid having to run reports.
