Are we able to get an extra field (box) added onto the Daily Sleep Chart template please? I’ve attached a copy of the report with the additional report field highlighted in yellow, i.e.

DB Reading: xxx

So, this would appear on the report as a default box to complete, like the Air Conditioner Temp box above. We would need this for all three GEMS Centres, i.e Kowhai, Miro and Rata.
