Absolutely agree, I write a note on almost every form to help the caregivers understand what they are signing for and what the change is

I agree, as this can help caregivers understand why they are signing the form, especially for Frequent Absences

JoyYes! I photocopy a small note onto the bottom of each FA, would love to be able to just add a note

I agree, sometimes trying to remember the reason to explain it to the caregivers can be hard, especially if the change was made for a future date and they take their time to sign it, or if we've changed the funding days for public holidays etc.
