You are able to type parent/child name in the search and that brings up the person in the available recipients box. No need to scroll! :)

Hi Discover, this has been marked as 'planned' for one year now - is there an update on when it might be completed?
Very frustrating to scroll backwards and forwards looking for specific children!

Hi thanks for suggesting and we have added this to our roadmap.

We have been advised by helpdesk to log our request about bulk comms here and i see there is already a request so wish to support this.

We have advised the available recipients for bulk comms email are in relationship order? Our Centres and teams are continuing to ask for the report to be sorted alphabetically, as well as relationship (so siblings and both primary caregivers appear altogether) - doesnt appear in logical way.

Ideally to be able to apply our own order for available recipients
If not can you suggest any other options to sort the recipients in an order that brings all families/siblings/relationship together in the list.

Would be great if we could have a few different options to sort this list depending on what we re using it for. I often need a family list so to be able to sort it by last name would be handy.
