Hi Discover, has any progress been made with this request? It seems unprofessional that we have to ask these questions that are irrelevant in those early stages of enquiry. At worst it could be seen as discriminatory. Please amend this as soon as possible. We have been waiting a long time for this change.

Agree, this is not something we would ask whānau for enrolment, rather something we would talk about while transitioning into the centre. It is not a condition upon entry.

Suggestion from Bonnie @ Support - make this an optional addition to the enquiry form, so those who need it can use it and those who do not want to use it can disable it.

I agree. This and the “have you been in daycare before” question could be seen as discriminatory at worst, and at best is not a good start to building new relationships with new customers.
