It would be helpful if accounts of past families that still have a debt at the centre could continue to be sent weekly as per invoicing to consistently remind families to pay. While we can chase it at a centre level from the debtors list, some ( not all ) families will turn a blind eye to the debt once left. Weekly statement would also help from an outside debt recovery perspective as we can then also show that we are consistently requesting the debt to be cleared, which is being ignored.
