Currently we are able to copy to clipboard, but it would be easier if we could export the report straight to excel or have the excel doc emailed directly to me

Yes. And google sheet. and the ability to copy to google sheets would be great to!

If this could include converting hours to number instead of date/times so they can be added and pivot tabled and the like. It makes sense to have time in and time out show as times but where you have total booked hours or total worked hours they should be the number 6 not 6am.

Agreed - any reports should be able to be exported directly to excel without havign to reformat etc.
