Create a report that will show where funding is lost, whether it is for Frequent Absence or Licence limitations. Discover does not have a report that shows all the funding losses on one report. One has to go and look at the frequent absence report and then to see funding losses for licence capacity you have to drill into each day to get that information.

The new report under Children Reports > Ministry Reports > Children Funding History will show a per child, per day report for a specific funding period that includes a column "Reason for no claim". This report can be filtered using the search to see the reasons why funding might be lost, eg "TWR" or "Frequent" for any Frequent Absences.

We would like this report on a monthly basis and include educator closures (homebased) so we can see at the end of each month how much in dollar value is unfunded and in hours in total not just from FAR or licence limitations.

I have asked for this information from Discover too. The system has so much information that it's easy to get lost and then we lose the opportunity to correct it a timely way.

Having the $ value of lost funding along with the lost hours would be useful. As well as showing which casual children are receiving funding vs children away. An all encompassing funding report is desired.
