"Holidays" not the same as 'discounted days' please

Over the two weeks of Xmas/New Years we are closed for the stats but open for restricted hours on the other days. During this time we charge no fee for the closed days and only charge those attending on the short days for their hours in centre. We have a "100% discount - non attending" discount set up which works well in most cases, however when loading them in we have noticed that those children who have already used their allocated 'holiday discount days' for the year were not getting the 100% as needed on these particular days even though they are not classed as "Holidays" as per our policies.
When entering days away into children's calendars there are options for 'Absent', 'Holiday', 'Booked'.
Please make only the "Holiday" bookings take from the allocated discounted days available and leave it to the discretion of the centre when to apply other discounts.
