Immunisation option - records requested but not supplied by parent

The Ministry requires ECE services to keep an updated copy of immunisations. It would be great to have a tick box on the health page to say that you have requested the immunisation record but the parents have not supplied it

I agree with both points made by Jo-anne and Katie here, if these could be updates that would be amazing.

On top of this, could we please make an option to check a box for vaccinations on the list that are no longer relevant?? The 4y MMR is no longer relevant as the 3 doses are done before 2 years, and same with the 15 mth Pneumococcal. 
Also, the Meningococcal B is irrelevant for our 3 and 4 yr tamariki. 
This would help when printing the report to see that these immunisations are not needed rather than them showing up as needing attention.
