Invoices to show correct charge

Absolutely agree with this - I understand why it doesn't show when you are running the invoices based on booked hours but not showing discounts makes it hard for the parents and extra work for us having to send through statements more frequently so the parents can try to understand exactly how much to pay and when. Please consider looking at this.

I totally agree. Especially when they have a holiday discount, and it doesn't show, except for on the statement. It's just a waste of time as parents email you saying I didn't get my discount, but they did. I have asked for this many times, please, please do this.

Taking a long time to adjust the fees when applying the discounts it should show straight away. When putting in 2 days it only will reflects one day straight away and then take days to show the second day discount. Sometimes only after the following week invoice was done. Which happened a few weeks ago.

Carin - Yes, I agree. I have had to go through all my holiday discounts and that I had set up in Week 8 of Term 1, after getting so many emails from families.
