We have recently dicovered that for the Learning Analysis section of playground, only learning outcomes tagged in observations are being counted. We have written many of our learning stories using the learning story template under documents, therefore our data under the learning analysis tab is incomplete.

It would be great to have the learning analysis count all learning outcomes tagged against particular children regardless of where these are tagged (Documents, Observations, Moments, Canvas etc.)
