When a staff member is accidently duplicated please create a feature to Merge or Delete the duplicate profile

Yes, agree. This would reduce Discover team time too. Possibly something a number of us noticed during the census. Duplicates that we would have liked to have been able to delete - provided there was not roster detail on it that needed to be managed.
