Hi we are a new to the OSCAR side of Discover and need an option for parents to add casual or week to week future bookings. 
We do not want them to be able to change previous/current  bookings, but we have lots of families that book weekly on a casual basis so they need access in the parent portal to add their weekly requirements that will then go to the waitlist tab in the children's tab for staff to activate daily.

It has been two years since we joined and was told this would be sorted. How long is it going to take as 2 years is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait!

Hey Amanda, Emmie Spinach, Lauren Byford and Tee Petals, thanks for voting on this feature. Tee, apologies that it's taken this long to respond with a genuine comment - this feature has been on the roadmap for Discover for about six months and was pushed back due to shifting priorities of the wider business. 
I'm starting to conduct research on this feature now with the hope it will be scoped and supplied to Engineering early next year for them to start the build. Note that it might be more related to Discover's integration to Home (as that already has casual booking capabilities, we'd just need to build the Discover side) rather than the Parent Portal. 
Can you please reply on this comment if you're happy for me to reach out and spend half an hour asking you some questions?

Needing a number of tweaks to a specific OSCAR platform that takes in account the regulations followed by OSCAR centres.

Ability for parents to make their own bookings through the Home app.
Enrolment Form needs to meet standard of MSD (Ministry of Social Development.)
SMS confirmations
Local Transport lists

Parents can manage bookings for their children within HOME APP - i.e., add a casual booking. Centre able to set permissions on cancelling within a certain timeframe etc.

We are OSCAR. We would also like parents to be able to book in for our two week holiday programmes online as well.
