Can we please have flexibility in back timing events like food, medicine, freshen ups/toileting events etc.

It is only allow us to back time 1 hour but it is not always possible for staff to immediately capture data when in the rooms. I get the accuracy in timing reasoning, but it is not realistic in a daycare set up where you have to prioritise the children in the room before recording data. The problem we have now is that parents are asking about time delays between certain events at the end of the day. Even though the event took place within the right timeframe, the teachers might not have been able to capture the data at the exact point in time.
