Ability to send documents to another staff member to review before they go out to parents for proof reading etc.

Agree this is desperately needed. Management need to be able to turn on/off document (including learning stories) approval at a teacher profile level. All teachers are at different levels of their growth cycle and management need to be able to tailor this feature to suit.
