Printing Enrolment Attestation Form

Could you please change printing format so we can print a minimum of 3 enrolments on one form -
When new children start we need to do an enrolment for one week for their transition visits and quite often they will start with 3 days or short hours before moving to 5 days or longer hours meaning that we need them to sign for at least 3 enrolments, therefore for new children we will have to get quite a few parents to sign two forms.
thanks

Discover, please hurry up and fix this! It was ok for a little bit around xmas but now it's back to a maximum of 2 changes for over 3s. The previous fix went over to second page, and i'm ok with that, but I'm not happy to print only 1-2 changes per page!!!!!

This was a bug fix that was released as part of 1.23.25; it is mentioned here: https://superioradmin.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/19000156235-discover-release-notes-6-december-2023-v1-23-25-
There will be additional work on to improve the current process too.

Matt Easterbrook: Ours is now only printing one week at a time :(
Matt Easterbrook
Robyn Lamont: Hi Robyn, there seems to be another bug where sometimes it won't pick up the future enrolments. Engineering are currently looking into this.

Could you please, please, please make this fix ASAP? This change could not have happened at a worse time and is going to cause so much extra work for me being at a large centre. I am now going to have to get parents to sign several pages for maximising ECE over Xmas and New Year’s weeks. Also as we are reducing our hours over this period I need to change the hours of children coming in. This means I am having to have parents sign off from 2 or more pages, when previously this was one page. And it is hard enough to get them to sign one page and is going to require a lot of follow up and paper wastage.

Can you please include 3 year old and above to be able to print more than 2 lines on an attestation... I just had a have a parent sign 8 pages for a frequent absent report as their child comes every 2nd Friday..... I am also going to have to have parents sign 2 pages for the moving around ECE for the Xmas and New Year’s weeks to maximise funding. Which is so frustrating....

Yes please change this back. When ECE is moved around for Xmas this impacts 3 weeks, so parents are now going to have to sign 2 or more pages for this change. Can we please make this a priority to roll back to the original format of being able to print up to 6 lines on one page? It is hard enough to get parents to sign off forms, now we have several pages we have to get them to sign. Which leaves a lot more places parents will forget to sign, let alone the extra paper we are now wasting.

Please just change it back to how it used to be. All future enrolments to be printed above the line selected. I don't know why it was changed in the first place. Surely NOONE would have requested that as a change. It makes admins lives so much harder! I had to print 2 separate booking forms for one child because they had 3 changes this side of Christmas. Parents are NOT happy.

This change is ridiculous and only increases the workload on our admins, when sorting up children's changes of bookings. Having to reread through all their booking lines to ensure all changes are sign for, wastes not only their time, but also paper for having to print so many different pages - this then has a negative effect on the environment. I think this change should be reversed/changed.

This is so frustrating, it will cause more work for admin, teachers and the parent having to sign several pages. This is also a bad impact on the environment with lots more pages being printed.
