New enquiries for children who were previously marked as 'Not Interested' send an alert to the admin but don't show on the Enquiries screen.

This is because the Enquiry Status remains as 'Not Interested'.

A new enquiry for a past child should trigger Discover to update the Enquiry Status to 'New enquiry' which would add them back to the Enquiries list and allow admins to better view/manage enquiries.
