When creating fields on forms, users should be able to re-order the fields as required via a simple drag-and-drop, similar to the "Reorder roster" function on the Roster Sheet.

In the example form, we should be able to move InBed3, Asleep3 and Awake3 underneath InBed2, Asleep2 and Awake2.
