At the moment illnesses also get submitted under incidents and some of the compulsory fields aren't relative to illnesses. For example the incident form will ask about cause and preventative measures etc.

It would be much easier to have a separate form for illnesses that allows you to record the symptoms, temp, time temp was taken, steps taken and allows for notes.
