Create more flexibility for selecting what access staff can have to Discover. Currently "Is Centre Administrator" drives a lot of the system access - for example, some staff require access to all children information including attendance, without having "Is Centre Administrator" enabled they cannot view the Attendance screen.
Create the ability to have a mid-range access, child + staff roster but not financials

This would be amazing to have access to the attendance screen without having to enable the center admin tab

This is a must, for privacy and confidentiality. We would like to be able to upload payments via Xero connect and view account transactions but keep this financial aspect separate from any personal parent/child information and the ability to do any the other things Administrator rights have. e.g Bulk actions, Immunisations, Bulk Comms, children reports etc. As Pam says We need more security and levels of access.

Do we have any feedback as to if this is possible and timeframes? This functionality would be super helpful in our introduce electronic filing using Discover Notes; this includes the staff roster. The most appropriate place to store is within Centre Notes and we would like the service administrator and/ or head teacher to have access to this, but not to give these roles Centre Administration access.
Without this option, there will be a need to store this electronic information outside of Discover.

we also require access to the the Centre Calendar, Centre Notes, Property without having Centre Administrator access; and the ability to view staff alerts whilst having a 'read only' access to Staff - thanks

We need the permissions to be upgraded also. There isn't enough security around what users can and can't do. They either have nothing or everything.
