Update Tablet UI (Missing attendance)

At the moment, the Missing Attendance shows at the bottom of the tablet and is not mandatory for contacts to complete, so this is often missed by contacts.
Including the Missing Attendance as part of the sign in/out process will mean that contacts will see it, and can complete it if relevant and reduces the likelihood that it will be missed.

This is interesting because we get our warning messages at the top of our screen and then parents have to scroll down to sign their child in or out. We use an android tablet/app too. How weird �
