Can there be the total of discretionary hours "used" on the dashboard alongside how much has been allocated please

This update was released in Discover 1.24.5 and can be found on the Dashboard if the Registered Staff Percentage is toggled to show on the dash. Accompanying this is a new report that shows the Discretionary Hours rostered and Allocated per staff member in a particular funding period. This report shows under Reports > Finance > Ministry.
