Warning for Early Sign in
K
Kristy - Discover Onboarding
Suggested by a service > When a parent puts their pin in before the child's booked time, a warning appears "You are signing in before your child's booked time" Parent must click continue to move ahead, then another window pops up - "This will result in an extra fee being added to your account" Then continue sign in as normal.
Also including the ability to turn this on or off for all automatically.

Homebased - Agreed but we also dont charge for early drop off or late pickup so just the warning would work. Also for signing in and out, outside of the licenced hours, can there be a warning for this and advised they must be the licenced hours eg: licence is 7am to 7pm and family sign in at 6.30am - the half hour is by private arrangement and the time needs to be 7am.

Would be great if instead letting them move ahead and sign in as usual it required a teacher to put in a pin to allow booking to progress outside of booked hours if dropping off before booked time. We have trouble if parents sign in early, it can put us out in ratio. This way they would need to seek a teacher out and actually ensure there is the capacity for their child to be in early, otherwise they would just need to wait until their booked time to sign their child in.

Yes this would be a great feature. You could also have what this would cost them as an option?

Great idea!!

Great suggestion and very helpful for our Centre too. I also agree with Michaela's suggestion of a notification if a child is picked up late, but maybe the ability to select when this alert is to come up e.g. 10 minutes late.

Would be a great addition.

Great thought and also for picking up your child late.

This would be really useful for us

I like the warning aspect, but we don't charge extra so could the 2nd pop-up be optional for a centre to put text in or not, maybe? If no text added, 2nd pop-up doesn't happen.
