Weekly Cap for Educator Payment (Fees)

Please add in a Weekly Cap function for homebased educator fees.
For example, a service wants to charge a rate and have a weekly cap at $70. In the example image, the fee has a rate of $2.34 per hour and a 6 hour cap = $14.04 per day. For a 5-day week, the total is $14.04 x 5 = $70.20.
To get an even $70, the rate would need to be $2.3333 which is then rounded by Discover to $2.34.
Having a Weekly Cap would reduce this issue.

We also need weekly cap functionality for Home Based educator Payments. As per the example above some educators work a 7 day week which exceeds the 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week and the discover payments report is unable to calculate this correctly. We just want to be able to pay an educator a fixed weekly amount which doesn't relate to an hourly rate. It would be really great to have another selection added to the Educator payment field called Educator Weekly Cap. This would allow us to use the educator payment fields to their fullest extent and much more efficiently. This would be a huge benefit to home-based services who pay their educator fixed weekly payments. I don't understand why this is such a difficult issue for discover to get their heads around and put a plan in place to implement this change.
