Weekly Roster Template (master roster)

We would love to be able to have a "master week". So when a new term starts we can copy the "master week" across to all the new weeks and then make a few changes as necessary.

I have a roster template for a week that I copy forward for about six months. If staffing change I re-do the template and override the ones already in the system. You can copy one week, then two weeks, then four weeks, then eight weeks etc so it doesn't take very long.

As a current workaround, I have a master roster created in January 2025 and I copy it back to each week this year as we go.

KC George Street Matamata - that's smart thinking! The only issue I've found is that when a staff member leaves, future rosters have to be deleted which is a hard task in Discover

Kirsty Kaurilands Kindy I’ve only got the 1 master roster in advance. So yes, if somebody is leaving, I remove them from the master roster before setting their finish date in their profile.
