WINZ notification when you make an enrolment change/attestation

We would like to see an obvious pop up box or notification when we make an enrolment change. To days/time. If the child has either a winz automatic schedule or winz manually entered, it would be great to have a red box notification to say that this child is currently receiving winz payments. Perhaps a tick box somewhere on the child’s profile that will allow you to check the child before you finalize the attestation.

This change has been released as part of v1.24.6 (released on 28/03/2024). There will be a banner that shows if WINZ is detected on the enrolment screen. There will also be an alert that pops up when saving the enrolment (if the child has WINZ payments that fall within the enrolment dates) that the user has to acknowledge as well.

Create an alert when a timetable for a child gets changed, but they have WINZ. For example, we have had a parent who wanted to change their childs timetable to 18 hours, but were getting funded by WINZ for 50 hours. If the alert comes up we know to advise them to either not change their timetable or for us to advise WINZ so we are not being overpaid and then owe a heap of money back to them.
If there alert comes up when the timetable is being changed then we know about it immediately.

Yes and it alerts you if you are changing the new enrolment times outside the parameters of what hours WINZ is paying for.
