As a suggestion to make it easier to get whanau to sign attendance verifications- perhaps provide an optional pop-up for them at their last sign out for the week. They would be able to click a pop-up button that takes them to a weekly Discover Attendance Verification for immediate action. This would save them time and get more people actually signing off the weekly attendance verification in a more timely manner

Are we able to change the order on the roster task list from alphabetical to most commonly used? For Example the functions we use when working in our rosters in order are:- Admin, Contact, Cook, Finished, Leave, Lunch, Meeting, Sick, Training.

Please change the wording: “Each child is checked every 5 (or 10)minutes or less for warmth, breathing and general well-being” Change to “each child is checked every 5-10 minutes or less for warmth, breathing and general well-being; in accordance with the licensing criteria” This was mentioned by ERO, who suggested we change the wording.

Enhance reporting capabilities by including details on who dropped off and picked up children, along with their relationship to the child. As an example, the Daily Checklist report has the Report Fields 'Drop-off' and 'Pick up'

Permission fields are great eg Can we use your child's image on social media? However currently parents have the ability to change permissions through the parent portal WITHOUT the preschool getting any alerts. This makes the permissions unreliable as who has time to print reports before putting a photo on social media each time.

The whole point (to me) of a child on casual enrolment, is that they only attend casually and have no booked hours. But when you try to enrol a child casually, in Discover, you must allocate booked hours that they may attend. This is a real pain. We need to be able to put a child into our system without booked days and hours please because they are Casual enrolments and I only want to charge them and appropriately do paperwork and claim funding when they attend.

Printable report for single family/caregiver to sign updating who can/cannot pick up a child

Can confirmation of attendance become a pop-up on the log-in ipads so that parents cant sign in until they have confirmed weekly attendance?

It would be great if we could have the automated late fees function on but for a specific child make them 'exempt from late fees'. For example, if I ask a teacher to work a bit late I don't want late fees to apply for her child.
