In the child's calendar under "Type" we can choose Holiday, Absent,or Booked. I would like to be able to add "School Visit" so that I can see at a glance rather than having to drill into the day when looking at a child's calendar?

In other sms systems, when children sign in or sign in sheets are printed, they will see a note saying Happy Birthday to the child. Could we get that on our tablets so staff get the reminders also please

At Discover we have received a request to add a new Payment Method Type: Debt Collection. Please add this as a Payment Method as sadly there are unpaid fees occasionally that are lodged with debt collection agencies, which we receive money from monthly.

I have a mother with 3 enrolled children all being cared for by different family members at times. It would be best if every child is able to be enrolled as an individual so that the bills can be isolated as Grandparents want to make occasional payments for their grandchild not all 3 children. It would enable the account to be individualised rather than all lumped together by Discover which in turn helps the centre with other payments/arrears received specific to one child and individual subsidies. I would like a way to separate each enrolled child despite main contact being the same person (mother in this case). This would make sense for temporary changes in custody arrangements too.

Would like to send out statements in bulk

Please send a notification email for all new enrolments. At the moment if multiple siblings are enrolled at the same time, we only receive one email for the first child enrolled and none for the other child(ren).

We have received a request for the below: Update the bulk communications feature to include an option to send account statements to a selection of bill payers. At present an option to send account statements is not include in bulk communications feature. Other statement email options are limited to sending to individual bill payers or all bill payers (not a selection). Please add your thoughts on this thread.

When a visitor comes to the centre and they sign into the tablet, they need to acknowledge that they have read and understood the Hazard register. Could this information come up in the visitor reports that they have indeed read and understood this and ticked the checkbox. Thanks!

On the Children Attendance - Parent Verification report, it would be helpful to have a filter that shows only attendance that has been disagreed with so users don't have to scroll through mostly agreed attendance to find the disagreed attendance.

When printing out the Weekly Forecast report for children ‘by rooms’ and ‘show totals’ the totals show up correctly as a column on the right. But when I print the same report wanting to see ‘away vs attending’, the ‘Total’ column disappears. Please add the 'total' column to this report as well.
