Hi there. Is is possible to get a section to add a staff roster template that we can just copy each week, please? At the moment, if you copy the previous week's roster it obviously copies the changes as well. It will be helpful if we can create a 'base template' to just copy in each week. Appreciate it TIA

It would be really handy to have a delayed send option, to prepare and then send out an email at a date & time of our choice. Also, to be able to send the same information to multiple places, eg, email, message to parent on tablet etc.

It would be great to have a report that tells us how much a chosen roster will cost in wages. You can select a timeframe eg 1 day, 2 weeks etc.

Discover has a wonderful report called "Children Enrolments" (Reports, Child Reports, Children Enrolments) which shows future timetable changes. It would be really helpful to have the option to add additional fields to this report, for example child's birthdate.

Can you please update the bonds release function so that a preplanned date can be used to automatically release the funds on that date in the future. Currently despite what date is used for releasing it, it is released straight away.

It would be super helpful to be able to see PR (Person Responsible) beside the staff members name when doing rosters so you can at a quick glance ensure you have enough PR's on throughout the day. ie) Staff Name (PROV) (PR) A new category for Person Responsible would need to be added into the staffs details as well - perhaps under the First Aid Expiry section. Create a Special Health Alert field that users can enter important information, which will flag on the profile, tablet and also in Playground

Please update Reports > Enquiry Reports > Enquiry Conversion Report > 'Copy to Clipboard' function to Include Column Headers when copying to clipboard.

Enable option to search by invoice number

On the Children Attendance - Parent Verification report, it would be helpful to have a filter that shows only attendance that has been disagreed with so users don't have to scroll through mostly agreed attendance to find the disagreed attendance.
