Can I add to the suggestions for improvements – for children calendar holiday entries, could there be an option for a duplicate button function for siblings, so we don’t have to enter it twice?

Using the "Copy To Clipboard" function does allow you to paste the data to excel but it is not very useable. The %'s share the same cell as numbers, and for groups, it doesn't bring the centre name in to distinguish which data set is relevant to each service. Please change the report format to separate the % column to the data column, and bring across centre name when running report for multiple services.

Please can the immunisation tick boxes on the health page match the codes used in the plunket books. Every time I record these I have to double check the code to make sure I'm ticking the correct shots. Even if the full name remained but the abbreviated code was added in brackets I'm sure it would prove to be a time saver. For example Pneumococcal vaccine - in the plunket book it is PCV13, so add that code to the listing on the health tab.

We really need to be notified of frequent absences on the dashboard. This is NOT the absences that are recognised in the Frequent Absence Report. This is for being absent on a specific day for 3 consecutive weeks. Our teaching staff are often the ones to enter absences (through the attendance page) and they don't know about frequent absence rules. If a child is absent at our centre for 3 consecutive weeks on a specific day, we send them an email notifying them that they MUST attend on that day in week 4 or they lose their funding (unless a med cert is provided). We then charge them that funding loss if their child doesn't attend in week 4. We're often missing this step because we're not identifying that the child has already been absent for 3 consecutive weeks.

Feature request received from Nicola (Montessori at Otari Preschool): "Please add an ability to edit an ad-hoc invoice prior to saving/emailing to billpayer. Currently if you make an error on a prior line you can only reverse the entire invoice and then recreate it. Such a nuisance if the ad-hoc invoice is multiple lines."

It will be really good if we can have an option to select how many enrolments you want displayed on an attestation in the future- to print out.

Please can we have a report field to only have current children showing, not past siblings

Please can we simplify regular visitor sign-in's on the tablet. It seems they have to fill in all of their details each time, which depending on their purpose can take longer than their entire visit to do. Is there a way to autofill their details after they enter their name or email address only, with a confirmation button if correct or chance to edit if needed?

We like to do our Rosters for a term and it would be great it there was a report/way of viewing our roster for a whole term.

I would like to see a standalone report similar to ‘Child Places’ that shows the Centre’s total booked places per day to ensure bookings remain within our licensed capacity without having to drill into the daily breakdown.
