Feature Requests

To add when you say a child is asleep the first time that you have to put in the room temperature as this is a requirement for MOE. It just needs to be done when you put the child to bed not on sleep checks. Can this be added

Ability for certain documents to be private to certain people, i.e., teacher development plans, appraisals, manager meetings etc.

Ability to send documents to another staff member to review before they go out to parents for proof reading etc.

Staff are having moments of losing content in their stories. This is extremely frustrating and time wasting. Please put an autosave on everything we write so it will always be there.

We are wondering if we are able to turn off the section where it says parents have been contacted? As we only contact parents for a head injury or anything serious, we don’t contact parents for little scratches etc. Ngā mihi, Jacinat

We would like to be able to print moments to share with tamariki and for them to share with their peers.

Please add an autosave feature for posts & documents to avoid redoing/rewriting everything.

The duplicating of stories doesn't seem to be working to write the same story to a different child. This would be very helpful.

Can we please have a section where we can make private/internal notes on health events like observations during freshen ups.

Customer Request: Add the ability to delete & edit Incident records - sometimes new symptoms/injuries may be discovered later and there should be the option to edit/add to the existing incident record
