Can the limit for the number of photos and the length of videos be extended? Thank you

At Discover we have received the request to consider the option to be able to merge cells as this will give services a larger scope of display

Ability to send documents to another staff member to review before they go out to parents for proof reading etc.

Ability for certain documents to be private to certain people, i.e., teacher development plans, appraisals, manager meetings etc.

Separate folders for Rooms so messages arent jumbled up

We are finding it extremely difficult to be able to message parents or post observations and photos of children who are not enrolled in on the same day that we are posting. We want to request a functionality on the app that allows us to message, post etc about all children on any given day

It would be great to be able to have an option/feature where accident reports can be tallied up in areas of accidents, to speed up accident report analysis every 3 months. As, it took so much longer than paper based doing it off playground currently. Would hate to have to go back to a paper based system for accidents.

Hi there Can we please get a bulk download option for reports and messages in PG app? The Ministry has requested proof of communication with parents as well as incident reports etc. It's quite time consuming having to manually download all the reports and messages to submit to them. TIA

We would like to be able to print moments to share with tamariki and for them to share with their peers.
